No matter what, you cannot go wrong if you plan for every contingency. We had ample shade and water which is a relief. They sun was out (dolphins too) and we were just all happy that everyone found the wedding accessible, fun and chilled out.

My husband and I were married at the Geographe Bay Yacht Club. Our ceremony was very relaxed all thanks to the help of Joanne who before our wedding briefed us on taking it easy, having fun, and relaxing during our ceremony. She was very organised and felt more like a friend than someone we hired for our celebrant.
Robert Oatley is a great venue for Traditional Wedding Ceremonies or something a bit more laid back. Take your pick!

Choosing a celebrant is probably the hardest and most important decision to make in planning your wedding.
Apart from your amazing partner your celebrant is the key link in making this the most memorable day of your life.
For us it was a challenge as we are both not religious people and we wanted someone that would make the day special for us.
Joanne was an absolute delight.
Following a great chat on the phone we had our first meeting at a coffee shop allowing us to relax and get to know what to expect.
Joanne was easy to talk to and was keen on learning about both of us. We had plenty more catch ups.
Joanne spent a lot of time finding out exactly what would work and how we wanted everything to flow.
Her skills and constant flow of information helped not only to plan the day but also in personalising our vows.

I don’t often conduct naming ceremonies but do not pass the occasional opportunity – why when you can enjoy homemade baked treats and champagne – as well as celebrate the absolute magnificence of a newborn?
There is no right or wrong time.
There’s also no set script or schedule.
The naming ceremony conducted recently was very down-to-earth and organic, typically Margaret River with a great sense of community spirit and much love for the family involved.
